  • Will Zipscreen work on my pergola, deck or balcony?

    Scott comes out and measures the opening. We fit timber, brick, concrete, steel, tile and mixed. Odd posts and balustrades are fine. If the opening needs a post, we supply it and fit it.

  • Do the zips jam?

    Zipscreen runs in a zip-guided track. The fabric stays in the sides in wind.

  • What happens after I send this form?

    We call at the time you picked. If you said now, we ring as soon as we can. Scott comes out to measure. Quote back within one business day of that visit.

  • How long until install after I approve the quote?

    Most jobs go in within four weeks of you approving the quote. Summer is busier, so it can take longer then.

  • Who fits them?

    Scott measures. Scott fits them. Marita runs the office. Family business, since 2004.

  • Do I have to renovate?

    No. Zipscreen goes on the pergola, deck or balcony you already have.

  • Manual or motor?

    Hand crank or automated. You can decide after Scott has seen the opening.

  • Is the measure and quote free?

    Yes. No obligation. If you would rather talk first, call 1300 553 823.

  • What are the payment terms?

    A deposit of twenty five to fifty percent starts the order. The rest is due on the day we install.

  • Can I still see out?

    Yes. The mesh keeps the view. You get privacy from the neighbours and you can still see the yard.
